Hotel Okura Macau

Amazing hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful architecture. The room was superb, with a thought-through bathroom and fast internet. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality food. The spa with saunas was a great addition. a truly memorable stay.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Okura! The staff went above and beyond to make my family's experience with our 8-month-old baby enjoyable. They arranged everything we needed, from providing complimentary drinks at the coffee shop while we waited for our room to accommodating our baby's needs. The cleanliness of the room and bedding gave me peace of mind, and the hotel even upgraded our room and surprised us with a delicious birthday cake and red wine for my husband's celebration. The customer service was outstanding, with the bellboy offering assistance when we were rushing to catch a ferry. I highly recommend Hotel Okura for families with babies.

Located in the heart of an entertainment hub, Hotel Okura Macau is the perfect base to explore the vibrant attractions of the city. With its prime location in the Galaxy Promenade, guests have easy access to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The hotel also boasts an impressive water park, providing a fun and refreshing escape from the bustling city.

One downside of the hotel is the lengthy check-in process, which can be a bit frustrating for guests eager to start their vacation.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. It is also situated in the middle of Galaxy Promenade, which offers a wide range of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the room is spacious and comfortable, with a great garden view.

The breakfast buffet was limited and disappointing, unlike my previous stay at Okura Prestige in Bangkok.

Fantastic facility, great shops, good restaurants, regular shuttle service, spacious rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The suite room had a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna. It also had an espresso machine, steam press machine, and pantry. The towels and complimentary drinking water were plentiful. The staff was attentive and the location was convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was comparable to a water park.

The suite we booked for our weekend getaway was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a Superior Suite with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath. the room was spacious and decorated in a neat Japanese style that made us feel right at home. We loved the floor, to, ceiling windows that offered magnificent views of both the resort wave pool and the river with the Mainland across. the location of the suite on the 26th floor made it incredibly peaceful and quiet. the staff were also very polite and accommodating, even going the extra mile to prepare a cake and red wine for our anniversary celebration. the bathroom amenities were top, notch, making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel facilities, including the water park, were clean and tidy. The design of the rooms was excellent, with convenient lighting arrangements, a leak-proof shower room, and well-placed sockets. The hotel also had a great location, very close to the airport and on top of a large shopping complex. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and beautiful garden area. the staff's service was outstanding; they were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment and special diet menus at their restaurant.

The one minor issue we experienced was difficulties with the Wi-Fi in the hotel room, having to log in through a webpage every time. this was not a significant setback in comparison to the overall exclusive and luxurious experience this hotel provides.
